Chapparral WMA Quail Hunt

Never been Quail hunting before in my life but since I moved from Houston to Corpus Christi I decided I would be interested in trying it this next season. Does anybody go with a dog and not mind if two nubes tag along.

Had a blast there this past season. Lots of people were there as well but it was fun.

If you really want to give it a try, I suggest you get with a guide. He'll put you on birds and usually have well trained dogs you can watch work. Then you can decide if you want to start pouring money down that rat hole

Does chaparral always have such low hunting days for quail or just when the numbers are low.
