Good looking pup! Looks like you're doing a great job. Watching the dogs work is 80% of the fun.

Thanks for the compliments! We had a ball and look forward to doing it again. That was the first time I've shot the A5 since I bought it. Judging how well I shot it, I'd bet it is going to be with me for a long time. My only regret us not buying one sooner.

Nice looking dog.
Some of my favorite hunts are because family was in the field with me.
Take your wife to shoot some skeet and trap. Never know she may put down the camera, and pick up a gun in the field.

Love it! A Browning A-5 and a great looking bird dog. My lab's name is Piper also, Piper Cub Kellog is her full name. Named after the Piper Aircraft Company, PA-18 Piper Cub, high wing, tail dragger, the workhorse of the Alaskan bush.

Awesome! Isnt it exciting when you see them do what they are bred to do out in the field?

First real point on pen raised and on wild birds are always very memorable. Cool your wife was along to see it happen; figured out that wife seeing the dogs work and wanting to let them do what they were bred to do gets you a few extra hunting days each season
