Decided yesterday to meet a buddy from Houston for a last minute trip today.
Think they're ready to go? Lol
Also here's a link to some pics in case any of you don't go to the photo forum.

Blue was standing in the backseat and would look at heather then look down at the seat. Finally she said ok and he jumps up and immediately goes to sleep. Big ole baby.
We went to Top Flight. It was fun but I wouldn't pay to go back. The birds would not fly, especially the Tennessee Reds.
Here are a few pics.

You were an hour from me. Like the pictures, but you need to trim that collar.
You went from wheatherford to Top Flight? You should check out the Flying P in Hico. Very nice place. Much closer too.
Yes I do.
Notice the collars changed mid hunt. The 800 dollar one quit working right so I had to switch. Haven't been impressed so far with it.

Yes it was a long drive lol. I had never heard of the place in hico so I will definitely check it out.
man the flying p is the real deal. Very nice place.
Good to know! Top flight sucked to be honest.

I've only used Tennessee Reds once when the supplier was out of Bobs. He gave me a few to work the dogs on, and see how I liked them. I didn't care for them either, should have just bought chukar.
I should have done the same. I just told them I wanted quail and assumed they would be bobs. I wouldn't have known even if they told me up front though cuz I had never heard of the Reds before yesterday.
