This is a quick note of appreciation to Bryan and Red Leg outfitters. He worked out a way for My son and I to take my old deaf lab hunting even after he was fully booked. My dog died last week, and it truly helps to remember her making those last retrieves. Two were very difficult cripples and she never gave up till she caught the birds. Thanks to all at Red Leg for their understanding..

Olducker, sorry for your loss. A new puppy may ease it some.

So sorry for your loss. A man and his hunting dog is a special type of bond formed by many many hours in some not so comfortable places. Great that you have those memories from this season to cherish forever. Now you got me thinking about my old dog Doc that left is spring of 2012.

Thanks guys... I don't think anyone other than a fellow hunter /dog owner can understand how you bond with your hunting partner.. I miss her every single day
