Birthday doves in West Tx

We headed to our lease again last weekend and it was business as usual in September. There is a difference from the opener. We got a few northern birds in the mix. We saw tons of teal but were not hunting them. They are definitely moving down. Saw one flock of over a hundred land on one of our tanks. Dropped our GSPs on a few coveys of quail and it was cool to see then switch gears instantly.
