Neoprene vest for small dogs/ cockers

my little bullet came out of hers last week about 100 yards from blind chasing a crippled duck- she could have gotten hung up and drowned.

Ordered Browning online- best vest I have seen for smaller dogs- 35lbs +/-

Velcro no zippers- also Velcro straps running vertically in shoulders- great vest- looks just about custom fit for dog
