They flew over my buddies head while he was fishing and landed in the yard. I eased out and slowly moved to within 20 yards to get their picture. They walked past me and wandered up to the house then into the woods.
I have no idea what was going on.

We have a bunch of them in VZ county. They are pretty interesting birds.

They are suppose to be a good tasking duck, but probably not as good as those cows in the pic.
