Black bellied tree ducks - 11/05/16 03:11 AM
Does anyone know of a guide that can put me on black bellies? I'm interested in only one or two birds for taxidermy. I hunted the Katy area years ago and my buddy shot one that just happened to come in to our spread but I also remember seeing some in the rice fields. Any suggestions or help would be appreciated. Thanks guys!

We kill a ton but don't guide hunts. There is a big outfit right by us though that should be able to help you. Look up Pipkin Ranch Outfitters

There are a few flocks of those that rotate from pond to pond in my neighborhood, it's unfortunate you can't open up on them.
