Where to teal hunt?

Where to teal hunt? - 08/27/16 01:40 PM

Do most of you guys who hunt teal hunt with an outfitter, on a hunting club, private lease? I'm in San Antone so I would think I would have to go farther east. Teal like pretty big water right? I wonder if I could find a farmer with a big stock tank who would lease pretty cheap just for early teal. I'm a teacher so I dont have the money for an outfitter or hunt club. Thanks

I hunt my pond in north east Texas. Lakes are covered with them.

find water...ducks love water, you find ducks you'll find teal, when you find teal you'll find a good time, where you find a good time you will find new memories

The water Teal prefer is generally too shallow for most boats.
