with the mild winter, some actually never left this year. anyone think the population will ever get large enough for there to be a special season in late summer/early fall?

There is a roost close to my house. They are around all year long.
I've seen a flock once while actually hunting. It was teal season.

We have a bunch of them in La Porte. Love seeing them.
