good morning in Grimes co

The birds came in feet down right where I was hoping they would. Had 4 pairs of woodies and a couple drake wigeon come straight in from the south directly in front of us. They didn't mess around with circling at all, and were right on top off you before you knew it. It feels like the new mojo I bought made a big difference. I ended up with 4. Should of got both the drake wigeon that came in but let 1 get away. My buddy got 2 woodie drakes also. I'm thinking I may be deer hunting less in 2016, duck hunting is a blast. It is so much more exciting and rewarding. There is so much to learn.

Welcome to the addiction. For me, its not about killing limits it is about fooling them. Using all your tools (decoys, calls, blending in with your surroundings) to put them exactly where you want them. Then letting my dog do what she loves.
