What jerks.

1) this stuff pisses me off and they should be looking at a huge fine, at least.

2) I haven't seen 80 ducks all year while hunting.

Well, each one of those ducks will carry a $1,000+ restitution fee. Hope 89 ducks was worth 100k+ in fines.

No ducks in Texas. Doesn't look like they were baiting. Wow

That's freaking nuts... 89 ducks between 2 hunters... wow... they should have their hunting license revoked for life. Of course I guess that wouldn't matter since neither of them had licenses or stamps according to the FB post.

On a lighter note, I saw that comment about the yeti and laughed as well.

Prolly more like $125 per duck over the limit plus other fines.
You looking at 10 G's and 2 years or so probabtion, depending on priors.

Had a buddy go over his dove limit by a couple a few years ago, he got popped by the game warden and was ticketed for having 2 birds over the limit. As well as having to pay fines for the ticket, he received a letter in the mail from the TPWD in Austin stating a restitution fine of about $900. So i figured $450/ dove; and figured ducks would probably be twice as much.

No. I believe dove are $75-90, if I remember correctly. Your buddy must have gotten ticketed for something else as well

They appear to have a cheerleader now. Are Ok limits the same as Texas and are you supposed to bring game birds across state lines? Not sure, that's why I'm asking.

JamieLee Fruge' 1) This was over a 5 day period.
2) They killed in Oklahoma and were on their way home and passed through Texas, so no, they didn't have a Texas license, beings they didn't even hunt in Texas.
3) How many of y'all have ran over squirrels when it wasn't squirrel season?
K, bye!🏻️

JamieLee Fruge' And by the way, I know the limit in Oklahoma! (No one should have more than 3 daily bag limits at anytime, and the most being 6 per bag depending on the kill) I'm just stating things they failed to state!

Huck Chambers So they ran over the ducks? I would guess the limit is the same- 6 per day per person, so 29 over the limit. I guess you know them as your defending them
