Catahoula Lake, LA if you are open to that. A crazy percentage of Canvasbacks winter in this location.
Lance Vick (fishing and hunting guide) will typically offer some Canvasback specific hunts once he starts seeing birds too.
You can check with Jeff Elder, he just had a Canvasback shoot.

I agree with Judd. If you can get to Catahoula Lake that will probably be a safe bet on bagging Cans.

We hammered them the other day, but not consistently. Call Mark Brackin, he use to work for me and they hammer them down in southeast Texas where he lives 409-893-0289. Tell him the captain sent you and you want to shoot Cans

We just lucked into them this day. Kind of like trolling for sailfish and hooking a Marlin
Wish I could do it every day

Lance Vick on Fork. Cans are thick there. No issue getting your limit fast. I have hunted with him twice and would do it again.

I am a new hunter and have been amazed at how y'all find ducks like this. I hunted a lake all last year and never saw a red (which is a dream of mine) and another hunter got a couple. I hear about canvas backs, Yet I have only seen 4 in my two years of hunting here. I have so much to learn.
To the OP, good luck!
