Couple of my guys passed on a lot of birds because they were 2 and 3yr olds roflmao

Congrats on the band. Have had a lot of birds killed here over the years but I've never seen a band.

I saw a white morning dove on opening day. We were running hunters so I was in my Ranger without a gun. It flew right along side of me for a few hundred feet. Pretty neat sighting.

And yes I know the difference between a dove and pigeon.

In almost 60 years of dove hunting and many hundreds of doves I have never taken one with a band. 4 yrs. is a long time for a dove. I thought they only lived a couple of yrs.
