All the gates\doors are done - 03/23/15 01:19 AM

I put in about 5 hours on the boat before the rain started again. Old seeky girl is getting used to her kennel gate.

You and me both. I should have been finished by now but this months of rain has thrown my game off.

I just keep hoping my neighbors can read my mind: one of these days when my weeds we call our lawn dries out I'll actually mow it. Not complaining about the rain a bit, it sure has been steady for a while.

Looking forward to putting it to good use

I agree Dave. We needed it to rain just like it has been. It needs to keep on raining the same way. When it quits I am in serious trouble so far as mowing grass. I won't be able to keep up unless I mow 2 hours a day, everyday.

It's been way too wet to cut grass here as well, my neighbor made a mess of some low spots in his yard while mowing yesterday. He's anal about his yard, I heard him bitching about it all way from my shop.

The wife and I just pulled the trigger on a new JD Z665 eztrack mower. A couple more days of warm sunny weather should have the ground sufficiently dry to put that bad boy to use. 'bout time, I'm ready for some sunshine.

You think he made a mess. I drove a 38,000 pound Silver Eagle into the yard and got it stuck immediately. There was ZERO question if I was stuck or not.

Yes I do. It is expensive also. The trailers are like gold in the pontoon world. I was lucky I found mine with the upper half of the engine, poly floor and a good trailer. Most would think I was nuts but at $1300 I freakin stole that deal. The trailer alone is well over a grand. I happen to be one of those lucky people that find stuff all the time. I am either lucky or I just look and ask a lot, but whatever the case may be, I will keep an eye out for you. What is your price range if your are even ready to bite off on a project?

I really got lucky in the fact that 99% of the steel used was dug out of the dump at my duck lease. I bought .5 inch and 1 inch conduit to make the doors. That stuff is dirt cheap.
