Do you smell that?

Smells like a skunk to me. My first skunk on public land this year. At least I got my hike in for the day.

Got a little skunky on me last week for the first time. It flat out sucks.

Birds are gone for us..

Got skunked once so far...sort of. Took the wife out to show off since I had three consecutive limits, shot two teal and couldn't find them. Spent half the damn morning in the marsh looking for birds. Wife was not impressed.

Personally I would rather have had no shot's present themselves.

I had one shot on a gadwall that I whiffed on. Today was one of those days.

got myself a skunk this mornin as well. seen a few but they werent workin the blocks

I had two small groups of teal fly over early... then nothing. Had a double come to the spread at the end of the morning... while I was 75 yards away . They gave it two passes and departed. Dang it.
