What do you guys think? Should I hunt this evening?

Its 78 degrees right now, will get down to 62 by 6pm. Its bright and sunny but theres a nice 15 mph wind. Should I, or would you, hunt ducks tonight? Heres my Pros and cons list

Pros:
-Nice Wind
-Ive got nothing better to do

Cons:
-Sunny
-Warm

Is sunny and warm really a con though? Do ducks generally not fly as well? Opinions please.

Also, where I hunt I wont be busting any type of roosts. Its a river they use as a flyway to and from there roost, I think. So what do you think? Thanks!

I would. Ducks are still around in good numbers so you just gotta find the spot they'll be hanging out

Well how did it go?

Not a single bird in the sky! However, my usual spot was compromised by a fishermen, so I chose a random spot... Im glad I went though, beats sitting in the house!

At this point we haven't gotten any new birds in a while, so if you bust the same 3 week old groups that have gotten comfortable on the lake- they ain't going to leave. We gotta get together again soon bud.

In the future I will remember bug spray/thermocells...did one of these bluebird day hunts and the bug swarms drove us out of the blind! But I will still go, because like my dad used to say "You have to go to get 'em!"

On a sunny day afternoon they usually come in after legal. Tomorrow with that coldfront coning in at 1 am it should be much better
