Guide recommendations

I'd like to do a snow/speck hunt while I'm back in texas over thanksgiving, any recommendations on a good guide? Preferably around the eagle lake area and one That doesn't have a minimum number of hunters, or will let me join with another group since I'll be going alone most likely.
