A little Green

Didn't think we'd get much action.. but a decent morning for my first duck hunt of the season! 2 Green heads and I believe that's a fulvous whistling duck?? The mallards were circling like crazy.. those DC calls work pretty good! I especially like the Duck Picker. Only shot committed birds with feet down!

Saw a lot more starting about 30 minutes before LST.. mostly mallards and teal. Pretty excited to see what the front this week will bring in!

I saw green too on Saturday and Sunday

I'd love to see that kind of green! They don't hit our holes but they do hang out in a nearby creek. We're trying to work out a way to get on them this year.
