It's a goose call . Mark builds a good call . Short , responsive there are in my mind better calls out there but if it fits you go with it .

For ducks in texas, u dont need much. A $7 whistle will do

With that lil whistle u can do teal, mallard drake, pintail, wigeon and even gaddies.
Some people on this forum can do more. Cause we all know im a horrible caller, but the whistle, i am a perfectionist and drew more ducks into my 0.8 acre stock tank then ray rob hunters $175 come back calls all year.

Well I order a xxx today not that I need it. I just started waterfowl hunting a few years ago and have become obsessed with calling. I practice everyday driving to and from work (hard to fall asleep while blowing a call). Mark was super nice and offers free over the phone lessons. Anyone shopping for a new call should check out gander valley custom calls.
