rainy day hogs last week - 10/15/18 04:33 PM

the kids had a couple of days off and on monday we had an invite to go hunt. The walk in was really hot but then bands of rain came through. In the middle of one of those out popped some pigs at the feeder. 2 other groups came out after the rain, too. 2 found and 2 lost.

bullet details: hornady american whitetail 100 grain .243, 70 yards. daughter was aiming for behind the ear but we had 2 shooters and i think the count down made her yank the trigger a little.

I hate it when I can't find a hog I shot. Shot two last week on a night hunt, only found one.
