Remington feeder question.

Here is a picture of my feeder. The hogs are rubbing on the legs and I am worried they are going to knock it down. I am trying to think of a way to stiffen up the legs. It would help to know the diameter of the feeder legs but I cannot make a trip to measure them for awhile. Just wandered if someone knew the diameter of the feeder legs?

Drive tposts diagonally down right on top of the legs so the roost is laying right on top of the leg and wire it in. They won't be able to move it.

Yes to this. I have all my feeders this way. T-post or 3/4 -1" sucker rods work. For sure wire (heavy) the post to the legs.

Just be sure to drive the T-posts at the same angle as the feeder leg. If they're placed at a different angle they make a nasty thing to fall on if you slip while loading the feeder.
