next time I will try that... it was getting late and I was ready to head home

been there done that. I've been shooting lots of hogs on Ft Hood with my 12 gauge shooting 300 gr Hornady SSTs. Been wanting to cut one open and recover the bullet but never feel like it haha

Same here and nothing tough animals

i built my buddy a .338 edge. he shot a hog in the shoulder at about 100yds with the 300gr smk at 2850fps. it popped both of its eyes out of its head!
