New personal best - 07/23/17 10:39 PM

Went to my place in Oklahoma this weekend to do some work. Checked the camera and there was a single pig there one time.
Got up this morning to watch the sunrise and out walked this 328 lb pig into the wide open. I showed him what a 7.62x39 in the AR platform can do from 160 yards away. Shooting cheap steel case HP stuff from acadamy

Good job, big pig.
I have killed a lot of pigs with that cheapo Monarch ammo from Academy.

Lots of donuts invested there.

Retirement age by the looks of the belly. Molesting youngsters and all.

Good job on the okie porker. At the price of them bulits you can shoot all day.

Soooeeee

My son and I put many down with same ammo from SKSs back in the day.
I had a fixture for my drill press to convert them to 1/16" HPs.
Accuracy suffered a little but it would lay the smackdown on 'em.
Still have a bunch of it with $2.89 price actually printed on the box!
