Here's video of me killing pigs out of my Redneck Hog Hunting stand!

I shoot pigs out from sitting on the branches of an oak tree every now and then.

I like to be off the ground just in case they charge at you... a tree is definitely a good spot! Gig 'Em!!

Definitely! Pretty creative idea though with the truck. What kind of rifle set up are you using?

Here's my rifle setup...

an old VW, another area a bus, just a couple down at OSBWMA, bus just follow east trail roughly mile back in right beside old atv trail... VW just gotta know were it is... Its 5,727 acres...

Had a VW beetle shell sitting on a sheet of 3/4 plywood mounted on single high scaffold.

We sat on cinder blocks with foam pad and it was great with good view all around.

The downside was it was an absolute wasp, hornet and spider magnet.
It was pretty scarey one particular morning as the sun rose and there was a large yellow jacket nest about 18" from my head.
Luckily it was a cool morning and they had not warmed up enough to fly yet.

Neighbor has an old car sitting in their creekbottom.
He has always been successful hunting from there.
