Comical - takeaways:

You can eat a hog's filet RAW

Poached ribs, boil for 20 minutes then 1-2 mins on grill

Filet/tenderloin, grill for 35-40 seconds

????Trichinosis Anybody????

I'll have mine a little more "done" than that....won't eat raw chicken, pork, or ground beef....love a rare steak tho... food

I don't agree with eating raw meat, but Ramsey is an awesome chef. That looked really good

I'd definitely cook that meat a little longer. I bet that meat was 5 stars for those soldiers compared to mre's!!!

That did look great. I typically grind up all my pig meat but I sure as hell wont be cooking anything off a wild hog for 45 seconds

He had a hot fire under the meat but maybe just a little longer. The ribs were cooked when he grilled them so they're good. It did look good. I would not have turned it down.
