ive got a golds gym power spin 210 stationary bike and damn this thing has really helped keep my joints loose and everything else in pretty good shape. doesnt put much stress on my bones either which is a huge benefit for someone like me with RA. any of yall use one? i couldnt imagine not having this one i'll get another if this one ever wears out!

I have a spin bike and a fluid trainer, don't use either as much as I should.

I have one of the first Keiser spin bikes. Fixed gear and 55# flywheel and chain driven. Solid as a tank. Once that flywheel is spinning you have to pedal with a little resistance or it will toss you over the handlebars if you're clipped in and attempt to stop.

It's a great way too start the day out. It is also easy on the joints.

Im picking up a recumbent bike tomorrow. Easier on my back than a sit up bike. Im planning on setting it on sliders so I can slide it into the living room and watch an hour of tv while pedaling. That's the plan anyways.
