So I started this Cleanse that is supposed to be white pants approved!!!!!!!!

Is this for a colonoscopy or just because

I eat dandelion flowers .....2 or 3 little yellow flowers.

Get a colonic.

You insert a tube in your rectum, they run warm water while you lay on your back.

You basically have constant diarrhea for about 30 minutes.

I tried it a couple of time, Seemed like a waste of time for me......

One of those just because.... I feel like a dang sheep. You know, everyone is doing it to try and lose weight crap.

Green apple and a pot of coffee every morning keeps me pretty clean. I'm not as old as most you geezers though....

I just figured out it was the coffee....

I haven't drank coffee at all today and it is day 3 of the cleanse. So i am assuming it actually is white pants approved.

There is nothing good about inserting things in your rectum.

This is all the rage in California. Another reason not to do this.

Is there another alternative for a colonoscopy? If so, please share.
