Sucks! Seems like everything I swallow gives me gas and heart burn! I miss the days were I could eat or drink almost anything and not feel like a leaking gas balloon on fire!

You have to embrace the gas at least. I continually try to improve my tone and resonance, just like any other musical instrument. I hope to perform "Yankee Doodle" for my grandson someday.

Do you actually eat healthy? Ever since I cleaned up my diet I'm off of any acid reflux medicine.
