Free Dog. Lab, border mix??

Found a dog wandering around and took her in. She was starving, covered in fleas and sores, and just generally in bad shape. I got her spayed, put her on heartworm medicine, cleaned her up real good. She's put on some weight and looks good at about 48 pounds. I'm pretty sure she is a lab/ border collie mix about 2 years old.

Here is the problem I'm having. She chews everything!! Couch, recliner, trim, chair legs, table legs....

I'm working a ton of overtime right now and I honestly don't have time to work with her. Shes staying with my mom right now, but she needs a good home.
