Someone make me a Red Stag Knife?

Just returned from our honeymoon in England where we also hunted red stag. I shot a spike that I'd love to have turned into a couple knives as keep sakes. Not looking to spend $400 for a knife that'll sit on a shelf. I know it may be tall order but if I had the ability i would just fit a new handle on a store bought knife and trying to save some cash. Anyone able to work with this for me? Price for a matching pair? Turnaround time?

That's a Mike Malosh knife, and he makes some really pretty stuff.
