Just my opinion but it's hard to beat the Nicholson files that are made here in the USA. The imported ones aren't near as good. That being said, a half round, round and triangle and a couple of different sizes of the round chainsaw files from Lowes will do the job but won't last as long.

What Mike said. You can do a whole lot with Nicholson files in triangle, round, half round, and flat. If you just want two, get the triangle and a 1/8 or 3/16 round.
This ought to get you started...

Has any of y'all used a Dremel?
I used a Dremel to do this. Took about 10 minutes.

I've seen a lot of so called file work done with a dremel. Not hard to see if you know what you're looking at. To me at least using a mechanical means to embellish a knife isn't really file work.
