Respecting the Landowner - 09/08/16 09:35 PM
Sunday afternoon my son and I drove by the Jozwiak Road property on the way to the hunting areas near Carmine. When we arrived at the Jozwiak Road gate we found the gate wide open, laying flat on the ground and zero automobiles in the parking area. My son and I drove to the gate on the southeast corner of the property and no one was parked in the parking area there. We did see livestock roaming the property.
We returned to the gate at Jozwiak Road and shut the gate. Yes I understand that the gate is difficult to shut, but difficult to close or not the gate should not be left so that the cattle can escape. Not shutting the gate is almost assuredly a recipe to get the property closed as a part of the Annual Hunting Permit properties.
