The menu button quit working on my Fuzion LRF spotter, sent it in for repair and had it back repaired with 8 calendar days no charge. Excellent customer service!

Excellent, glad to hear you had a good experience. AGM is really been hitting it out of the park with customer service. They've got some customer service folks over there who know their stuff!

Agree, had a question about operation/instructions. Took about a minute to get answer and most of that was describing problem. Still question the 'why' of their reticles, half are not useful/never see anyone using them. And why you gotta set the zero for each individually. Makes NO sense.

The newer firmware doesn't require zeroing each reticle. It allows you to have zero profiles and you can change reticles within the profile without re-zeroing. Basically the same thing Pulsar and InfiRay do.

Same experience. I had a 3 year old monocular that quit holding a charge and had a pixel out right in the center. Sent me a new one fairly quickly.

I received this notification yesterday....

All Rattler V2 256 models (19-256 & 25-256) will now have the same 5-year warranty as the 384 and 640 units. This will be retro active as of 1/1/2024.

Which units have the new reticle SW? I checked, Rattler V2 has no updates yet and V1(?) I have the latest update.

Here is a User Manual Link and the last pages have the reticles. Which reticle are you interested in?

I have the manuals, Rattler V1 latest update doesn't link all reticles to boresight. Haven't checked the V2 to see if they are same boresight - IIRC they aren't. Missed a bunch of hogs using the V1 when I first got it, reticles weren't same boresight and I changed reticles, not knowing. Kinda funny, last time I zero'd the V2 on 8x mag, x,y came up as floating point numbers! What the heck is 0.5 or 0.75 pixels? Not really a problem but funny.

Yes, the Rattler zero is now OK/same for all reticles. Just checked mine, latest firmware update. I only used the same reticle, didn't change and didn't notice. My error. 1st update froze menu, 2nd is OK (V1).
