Interesting product...

Effectively it's a rail that you attach between your rifle and scope so you Can use the same zero as another rifle. I know you can just have the adjustments recorded/memorized but this is an interesting solution

Seems like a possible point of failure. All you have to do is zero the scope on two different rifles and write down the difference.

It really is a good idea. I would like to see how well it truly held zero.

Increasing sight height limits it to mostly AR type rifles.

Not sure I like the mounting system. Hexhead needed on a torque wrench to do swaps. The height of the elevation adjustment knob will mean needing to swap out rings for many scopes as well to taller rings, thereby increasing scope height that much more.

Seems like just more moving parts to fail, like the windage adjustments on the Leupy bases. P_102
