Tangent Theta ??? sup?

Just saw these for the first time. DAMMM, priced like a small house.

what makes them "that" much better???

are they a spin-off from another optics company?

Tangent Theta used to be Premier. They're the nicest scopes I've ever handled.

They are as good or better than the reviews say. Company acquired premier but these are not simply rebranded premiers.

They are nice. Their reticle is a bit dated. Their tool less rezero is badass though.

Keep in mind they are half of the old premier as rhe other half is at minox as they bought out optronika.

I swung by SWFA last year and they opened one up for me. They ended up mounting it on my rifle to go home with too.

Also told you I'd move the bench up onto the platform for you.

The glass is on par with the euros, very precise clicks and heavy as heck. Just like the premier of the past, they got outdated quick yet held their value well. The weight and reticle options are enough for me to pass, there is just as good of glass for equal or less money but they definitely are no slouch.

The TT 3-15x weighs in at 27 oz and price point is a bit more reasonable

True redsnake, I was assuming buzz was asking in reference to his other f-class post leaning more towards the higher magnification. For bench and prone shooting the TT is great, for a PRS shooter it's pretty dang heavy considering the AMG is less than 30oz, S&B at ~38oz.

Yep. When I saw your post I went and looked up the weight on my 5-25 -- forgot that it is as heavy as it is.

I didn't realize how heavy my gen in razor was until I pulled my NXS to swap it. But on a 14lb gun it's dang near irrelevant
