I have a 2.5-10 x 56 accupoint with mil dot reticle. Likes - good glass. Good in low light. Light Weight . Eye relief and field of view are good. Dislikes - mil reticle with Moa turrets (capped). 2nd focal plane. Limited number of mil dots on reticle.

Overall a good scope if you don't plan to dial for elevation or shoot out past 600 yds (not enough mil dots). I was able to hit steel at 800 with it on my 308 by estimating hold but I have since moved on to FFP mil-mil scopes.

my old eyes can't see 600yds, you pick it over the 3-9x40?

I have the first Trijicon scope model they made. It's a 3-9x56 that uses a self-luminous tritium horizonal reticle with a small cross in the center. It has green, black, red, and orange reticle adjustments. I have it mounted on a 300WM. Used it often until I went to weatherby rifles. Here's a couple of old pics but I can't take better ones since my bud has in hand for sale.
