Remington R25 7mm08 scope/rings suggestions??

My R25 should be in today or tomorrow. Its my first AR and i am looking for help. Its going to be a deer hunting rifle, but I would like to have the ability to shoot 300-500 yards if i ever got a wild hair. What rings should i get that are $100 or under and what type should I go with, one piece setup, raised, etc? Also looking at scopes, nothing less than a 3-12 or 4-16, $350 or less. Want something good in low light conditions as well, what objective size should I consider? I am itching for a 50mm objective but not sure how it would fit on this rifle. Mostly used for blind hunting and target shooting, so weight won't be an issue. Thanks for any information

I can't help you much on a scope,I spend more than $350 for mine. Natchez Shooters Supply usually runs a good deal on the 3-15x50 Weaver Super Slam scope,it would serve you well for a little more money.
I run a 1/2" riser with medium height Burris Signature Zee rings on all my AR style rifles. You can clear a 50mm objective lens easily with them.

On my R-25 I used a Burris PEPR 30mm with a Bushnell Elite 2.5x10 Illuminated reticle. Worked nice but I think it was a little more than $350. Great shooting guns, just heavy.

I would go with the PEPR. IMO you are asking a lot for a scope that is good in low light, with the zoom range you want, at the price you want to pay.

This is set up on his AR-10 308. It's a great setup and the scope gathers a ton of light. if you want to do any night time hunting I would highly suggest this scope because of the 56mm objective

I use Leupold Mark 2 mounting system. It comes in 1 inch and 30mm, I have this on my both my AR-10's and love it.

Primary Arms has the Burris PEPR QD on sale for $70, very good price. I have these on several ARs and like them. If you don't want a once piece mount, the Burris Xtreme Tactical are inexpensive and can have high enough models to get the scope in line.
