3D Printed Guns

3D Printed Guns - 08/29/18 10:15 PM

I think I remember a thread on this topic not long ago, but I can't find it. If someone can direct me to it, please help.

There has been a lot of coverage in the news recently about "3D gun blueprints on line." Of course, people are all in a tizzy about unregistered guns and street violence, etc. Aren't these things built out of plastic or some rather weak material? Can they really shoot or is it a one-time shot and hope it doesn't blow up in your hand?

Not sure why everyone is excited about 3d printed guns when this type of stuff has been out there for a while.
