Building this one for an Imitation Hebrew for their place in south Tx. 6x10 platform, 4 swivel seats, cooler rack, front basket, and a light bar up front with some small ones on the back. It'll be going on the suburban with a ladder at the back.
If I send you a FFR sticker will you put it on the back window
Send me a few and I will put them on the back window, my cooler, and my rifle case. You can also throw in a holster for a STI International Escort .45 ACP
Yesterday was a pretty [censored] day. Got all the uprights finished and knocked out the landscape timbers only to find that the rack had a little wiggle to it. We ended up spending 3 hours gusseting all the frame tie ins, top part of the rack as well as the rear. In the end I had to add some tubing underneath to allow the deck to "sit" on the roof rack like the landscape timbers were set up, problem solved it's solid as can be. Bad part about that is Goldy showed up while we were scrambling to finish painting the last of the uprights and wire it all up. I had to convince him to drop his trailer and lemme take it to him once it was done. I know that stung bc the trailer was brand new, and no man ever wants to let someone else try out his new toy first! We got it wrapped up and I got it to his house around 9:00 last night.
My plans changed a little as well. Had too much to get done today, so I will be headed south with this parachute behind me starting around 5AM. Warning...if you are on I35 between Fort Worth and Laredo tomorrow, STAY OUT OF MY WAY!!!
I also might add that the manufacturers intended use is only to be while stationary. If you fall out while it's moving don't come crying to me tryina take my 14 yr old pickup truck and rent house
