Nope. I’ve had the best luck just talking to people. Next best is local papers. The sites I’ve tried are mostly corporate type leases and leases that can’t keep people long term because they suck. That’s just my limited dealings with them, though.

word of mouth, area you want to hunt Chamber of Commerce, area you want to hunt feed/hardware stores

I have heard some complain about others sites just not having the information updated. That's up to the person listing it. Try different social media outlets if the THF lease section doesn't work out. My best suggestion is to put in some road trip time to some small town and visit with local feed stores or stock yards. Especially the stock yards that have a cafe. You will meet somenlandowners that way and most of these have a bulletin board to post listings on. I have seen some people use a nice business card format and that seems to work sometimes. Try a professional approach and let them know your clean cut and serious.
