Recommendations for low fence outfitted hunts

I have not been to Texas in a few years. I miss it. I would like to find an outfitter to hunt with every year in December. I have been lucky enough to get a few medium size bucks over the years, so I would like to hold out for 160 plus even if that means going home empty handed most years.

I appreciate any ideas on outfitters. I used to hunt a wonderful ranch in South Texas, but it sold and I have not found anything like that since. I know of some good outfitters, buy they are booked solid with returning clients.


Also open to hunting panhandle region, which I suppose may be more of a November rut.

Yes rocker b lane runs through middle of part of it.

Yeah, I’ve been down that road a few times. I didn’t realize Bar None was on both sides of it.
