Maybe last chance at a buck. Jack county live hunt.

Got my partner with me today for good luck. Breezy and low 40s in jack county. Haven’t made it out in a few weeks, but feeder has been throwing and there isn’t a stitch of corn on the ground. Feeder pen has obviously had lots of traffic and there are deer and hog dropping all around it. I’m optimistic!

deer were all over my feeder until I showed up Monday afternoon, then they decided to show at 8pm...from then on they been hammering it non-stop. My wife thinks they know I am there, she might be on to something....

I might have a few more hunts in me left this year.

I’ll likely make a couple of hunts during doe season, but this is probably my last buck hunt.

Just had our first “I gotta go potty”. It was a false alarm.

The joys of hunting with the kiddos. I missed it this year. I always have way more fun when my boys were hunting with me.

I wish. He never showed up. Little one wanted me to shoot a doe, but I’ve got 3 more weeks to take a doe. Oh well. Next year we’ll be on our own place and I’m optimistic
