Does the MLDP, harvest option do away with the AR (13")? I know it does with the management option.

So, if you get 10 buck tags, & theres 10 hunters, are people gonna shoot the ones that need it (basket rack, 3.5yo +, the ones that need it), or are they gonna use their 1 tag for a trophy?

Any landowner who goes through the hassle of obtaining an MLP permit isn't going to allow his hunters do the wrong thing.
