Shoot or wait?!

This guy has been coming around pretty regular he looks like he meets AR but it seems close on some other picture. Is this guy a shooter or wait another year. I’ll be hunting on my brothers property and this one of the nicer bucks he has seen on his place.

Id say hes legal. Assuming thats a 12" cage hes wide enough

yep, I agree about him being legal ... how big of a property are you hunting and what location around the state?

It’s near buffalo and it’s little over 120 acres

Legal to shoot. If it is one of the nicer bucks he has seen that is a tough choice.. he could be a beast in 2 years. But I don't think anyone would giv eyou crap for making the decision to make a legal and ethical kill.

So what you feel is best and keep on doing what you do.

also how big are the surrounding places? I hate to have the mentality of shoot it or someone else will ... but it might be the only legal buck you see if there is a LOT of hunting pressures around you.

He's legal.

Hunting pressure is pretty heavy around there so I do hate to have the mentality of if I don’t shoot it the neighbor will but then again if I shoot it then I’m that neighbor

He has at least a 15 inch spread and is a very nice mature buck. I would have no problem taking him if he showed up.

Definitely legal... personally I would wait. Unless you think he won't make it through this season and your neighbors will take him. Then that would be a hard choice.
