Strategies for tomorrow???? .other than watching a feeder.

Going out in e morning [Henderson County]. Staring at the feeder has proven worthless. I should be by myself.

Property is broken up in two parts, a 150 acres section that is pretty thick. Dirt roads, feeders and a creek, no cows.

Other section is 250 acres, half woods and half pasture. Many tree lines, creek down middle and a few longhorns.

What would y'all do? I will probably take my Marlin 30/30 with leverolutionary ammo.......

Find an oak tree line, get comfortable. They are all about some acorns right now...

That definitely worked for me last weekend. After not seeing a deer in my food plot in three hunts, I decided to hunt a fence crossing between a bedding area and numerous acorn trees. Killed the last of four doe that came slipping past me in less than an hour.

Dirt roads, throw feed up and down the roads then do as mentioned above. good luck
