8 does so far. No bucks.

My dad just got an 8 pt.

He ended being a 9 with a split brow.

He's at the butcher shop. I'm in the stand as long as it doesn't get 90 degrees.

Nothing since about noon. Gonna call it a day. It was a good morning for sure. Dad filled his tag and I'm going to keep trying to get that big boy.

Good luck! I haven't hunted limestone county since I was in high school. Always saw good deer. Use to hunt back behind a power plant.

The 5 walked off, but 2 more does came out.

Big, black spike walked out. I told my Dad that I'd shoot him but he to dress and load him...

2 does being chased by a buck quickly to our right. No shot and didnt get a good view of him

Welp, it happened so fast this morning that I didn't have time to do a live hunt. We had 3 doe out in the feeder and he came out right as I was about to make my first post. Nice 9 point. 17 inch inside spread. Going to utilize the doe days coming up on Friday. Good luck to everyone out there!

Got busy yesterday after the hunt that I forgot to update.

It got slow so I got out of the stand and ran the feeder 4 times. 10 min later, we had 1 doe and her two yearlings with her. Then 8 does paraded out single file. We picked out 2 mature does and took them.

They are at the butcher shop and we are done hunting for the year, unless we see one of the culls. We have Sloth (pictured earlier) and another buck with 3 main beams, 2 regular and another left side spike beam.
