Live from live oak county

Just got set up in my box blind. It is hot for opening morning but I've been getting pics of a nice 12pt. Wish me luck.

Northern part. Feeder should go off soon. Already see some deer in the moon light

Just found him! No blood trail for some reason. Got lucky just walking grid through brush

The deer, hogs, and turkeys were moving pretty good up until about 9:30 and then everything went dead.
Should be a good evening hunt!

I guess you can say that you got knee high in it

My shot turned out to be exactly where I aimed double lung with exit wound but only 10 yds of little blood then nothing. Found him about 80 yds away in a big pool of blood but why no trail? Shooting a 270 130 grain core lokt.
