The one on the left my Son found in a creek bed, the three on the right were taken from our property in Montague and Jack counties.

Horseshoes were a couple of bucks a piece, cut out a small piece of thin scrap metal to go on the top shoe, painted them, drilled a hole in the metal and skull and screwed them on. By far the easiest ones I've ever done.
I put them on the mantel after my wife took Christmas stuff down just to show the boys. I told her I'd get them off so she could put Family pictures back up there and guess what? She said, Nah, just leave them there if you want to!!!
