Been working a LOT. Called a last minute audible, threw the rifle and dog in the truck and I'm headed West. Have to home by Thursday afternoon so it'll be a quick one. Should get there by 3am.

Made it. Was greeted by a large porcupine waiting on the porch. Bella ran up to him but she recognized he wasn't to be messed with. Took me 5 minutes to get him off the porch. Didn't bring a 22 so had to push him off with a broom.

Pretty hilly country in that part near the Llano River. I have two buddies that hunt right in Telegraph. One right off of 377 and the other hunts down County Road 20 I believe
